The City council of Bilbao starts up a series of dramatised visits aimed at knowing the factory of Harino Baker in the district of Irala of Bilbao. The visits are by name ' Harino Baker, the heart of Irala ' and with them the consistory tries to know the work that was done in this building, know trades of the time, how this factory worked and that machinery used to make bread.

The factory of Harino Baker supposed in Bilbao the beginning of the construction of the district of Irala. It was in operation throughout the twentieth century, from its foundation in 1902 to close its doors at the end of it.
Of all the buildings that were part of the factory, stands only the body dedicated to the grinding of grain for the obtaining of flours, the oldest element of the factory, built in 1902 in reinforced concrete, a novelty at the time not only in Euskadi without or state level as well. In 1912, this building was expanded to house the cleaning and conditioning section.
The founder of Harino Baker, Juan José Irala. He built the origin of what is now known as Barrio de Irala or Iralabarri. More than a thousand workers were hired. The bread factory was an improvement in the industrial sector of the city of the industrial revolution in particular in the sector
